Return and Exchange Policy – LEXA
1. Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in their original condition.
2. The original invoice must be presented with any returned or exchanged item.
3. Returns will not be accepted for items showing signs of use, damage, tampering, or missing original packaging.
4. In cases of manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or mismatched specifications, LEXA will cover all shipping and replacement costs.
5. If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs.
6. Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange unless a verified manufacturing defect is found.
7. Customers must contact LEXA Customer Service before sending any return or exchange to confirm the process and receive the approved return address.
8. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method within 7–14 business days after the item is received and inspected.
9. LEXA reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet the stated conditions or shows misuse of the policy.
10. LEXA is not responsible for damage during return shipping due to improper packaging by the customer.
