Delivery and Shipping Policy – LEXA
1. Orders within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan are delivered within 2 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
2. Delivery time varies depending on the customer’s location within the Kingdom and the accuracy of the provided address.
3. Customers will be contacted to confirm the delivery date and location before or upon shipment dispatch.
4. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address; any errors may cause delays or incur additional fees.
5. Remote and border areas such as Deir Al Kahf, Al-Azraq, Al-Hasa, are serviced once per week only, and additional delivery charges apply due to distance and limited access.
6. If the courier cannot reach the customer or deliver the order after three attempts, the order will be canceled, and the customer will be charged the shipping fees.
7. If the order is canceled after dispatch or upon courier arrival, the customer is required to pay the full round-trip delivery cost.
8. LEXA is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, including weather conditions, road closures, or courier service disruptions.
9. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact Customer Service within 24 hours and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
10. Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer once received and signed for from the courier.
11. Delivery is available to Palestine within 3 business days.
