2. Transactions and Orders
LEXA reserves the right to accept or reject any order placed through the website without providing reasons. It may also limit the quantities of purchases per customer or order.
If an order is modified or canceled, the customer will be contacted via the registered email or phone number.
The website may not be used for commercial or resale purposes without prior approval from the company.
3. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices displayed on the website include sales tax unless stated otherwise.
Payment is made in cash upon delivery, and delivery fees are not included in the prices.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Delivery time depends on the governorate and address.
LEXA is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or circumstances beyond its control such as natural disasters or emergencies.
Responsibility for the product passes to the customer upon receipt from the delivery representative.
5. Cancellation or Modification
Customers may cancel or modify their orders before shipping by contacting customer service via phone or email.
Orders cannot be canceled after shipping. If the customer refuses to receive the order after shipping, they may bear the round-trip shipping costs.
6. Exchange and Return Policy
Products may be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of receipt in case of a manufacturing defect or if the product does not match the displayed specifications.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories and the original invoice.
The return or exchange policy does not cover damages caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or servicing by an unauthorized party.
If the return request is approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used during purchase.
7. Content and Intellectual Property Rights
All texts, images, trademarks, logos, and designs displayed on the website are owned by or licensed to LEXA and are protected under intellectual property laws.
Any use of these materials without prior written permission from the company is strictly prohibited.
8. Official Warranty
LEXA provides a one-year (12-month) warranty from the date of purchase on eligible home appliances.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship and includes free repair or replacement as evaluated by the authorized service team.
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, natural disasters, repairs by unauthorized parties, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty service requires presenting the original invoice, using the product according to the user manual, and the repair or replacement process is subject to technical evaluation by the authorized service center.

9. Limitation of Liability
LEXA shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or damages resulting from failure to follow operating instructions.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any related disputes.
